I am sorry but these changes have had to be made:

Tuesday 8th April @ 08.30 (instead of Thurs. 10th)
Wednesday 16th April @ 10.30 (instead of Thurs 17th - Easter)

COURSES:
C2 on Thursday 27th March is postponed (CR the same date remains the same). C2 on Thursday 10th April is postponed.
CR is postponed on Wed 9th & Thursday 10th April.

Otherwise (D.V.) all will proceed as planned. NO HOURS WILL BE LOST.

COMPOSITION PAPER

You should print this out (monochrome is fine) and bring it to the lesson.

You should try to write a short composition, following the instructions given below, for next Wednesday (12th March).
C2.
You may write a composition but should certainly prepare this for class work on Thursday 13th March. You will remember that on 11th March you should bring a print out of the two Shakespeare speeches given below and have WRITTEN a couple of sentences describing the face of a 1 euro coin (as illustrated) for a foreigner.

Composition instructions:
Write an academic composition in which you analyse the advertisement provided. Consider carefully the following: register, sentence structure, figurative language and other relevant aspects of the written text, layout image and any important typographical features. Remember that marks will be given for organisation and correct use of English as well as for content.

2013-2014 ACADEMIC YEAR: 2ND semester

I SHALL BE TEACHING TWO COURSES.

They will be the continuation of:
1) course C2 for the III year of the Triennale students. The timetable will be the same as during the 1st semester. Because of the university's closure during carnival weekend, we shall start on Thursday 6th March, with an analysis of the papers of the mid-course test. The preparatory work for the following meeting will be for 11th March.
2) Course CR (II) for students who have already taken the 3rd year lettorato examination and have not passed. This course is not designed for people who did not do very well in the first semester. They should speak to their prof. and consider moving to a lower group.
The first meeting will be on Wed. 5th March at 12.30 in Aula VII, followed by the second lesson on Thursday 6th at 08.30 in aula IV. FREQUENZA OBBLIGATORIA.
